1. Scope of Application

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activities.

An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction of Input Errors

The purchase contract is concluded with Gubaidullina Asiia, trading under the business name “mercy + the Devils”.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for these products.

You may initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process.

The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in your shopping cart by clicking the order button.

Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English.

We store the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.

4. Delivery Conditions

4.1 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are charged in addition to the prices stated for the products. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.

4.2 Delivery Options

We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.

We only offer delivery by shipment. Local collection is not available.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our online shop:

The payment methods available in each case will be displayed during the ordering process.

Unless otherwise stated for the respective payment method, payment is due upon conclusion of the contract.

6.2 Guarantees

A guarantee in addition to the statutory liability for defects exists only if expressly stated for the respective product or in a separate guarantee statement.

If an additional guarantee applies to an individual product, its content and conditions are set out in the respective guarantee statement.
